Changes to the blog

I deleted some of the side functions, limited the number of posts visible (last five will be displayed) and added useful links to the bottom and oved the blog archive, as well as changed its format. Hopefully this streamlines the page a little and J.R. won't have to scroll longer than needed ;) If you need to add a link, let me know and I will get it put on. Also, links can be added in your posts now at any time.
